Sunflower Creed
Sunflowers, because they are my spiritual flower and came to me during a meditation over 40 years ago. I wrote this the first time nearly 30 years ago when I was going through a spiritual and physical transformation while pregnant with my first child. The Sunflower Creed changes and evolves (as it should) as the years pass – here is today’s version

on this glorious day!
