100 Ways I can Love Myself

(I so adore and respect this younger version of myself! What all she/me/we/I have survived and the ways we’ve grown are incredible.)
Some days are totally Groovy on their own – and some days I need a list to remind myself of ways to Love Myself Groovy. Whatever it takes – Right?
What’s on your Groovy Love List?
100+ Groovy ways I can love myself starting now!
- Get to bed early enough to get plenty of sleep
- Make the bed and put on the pretty pillows
- Stretch
- Journal
- Do a shower meditation to bring in the groovy energies and wash away anything that needs to go away
- Create and maintain healthy habits
- Check out my garden and celebrate the beauty
- Healthy breakfast
- Added nutrients
- Walk in nature
- Read a book
- Eliminate energy draining people in my life (or restrict as much as possible)
- Do activities that light me up
- Outsource activities that don’t light me up as I can (ex hire a housekeeper and bookkeeper)
- Find ways to make those activities I don’t enjoy be less sucky until I can outsource them
- Garden
- Make friends in f2f life
- Get involved in groups that bring me joy in person and online
- Cuddle with the kitties (lol – they will always be kitties no matter how old they get!)
- Pet the dog more
- Take a day hike in the woods
- Walk barefoot on the beach
- Bubble bath
- Bath with Epson salt
- Taping
- Chiropractor
- Take selfies and look for what I love about my body instead of what I hate
- Honor my time as valuable and mine!
- Receive complements with grace and as a blessing
- Buy some new shoes – I do need some!
- Declutter my home
- Get rid of anything that doesn’t light me up or isn’t useful in my life

- Wear lipstick and mascara when I want
